FR. Caleb Roberts has served as our Rector since June 2020, when he came to us after serving as the Curate of Emmanuel Memorial Episcopal Church in Champaign, Illinois. As a fifth-generation Oklahoman, however, he has always called this beautiful state his home and grew up in Oklahoma City. He attended Oklahoma State University for his undergraduate studies, where he met his wife, Julie, on his first day on campus. They have three children together -- Alice, Charles, and Clive -- and love it here in Ponca City. After discerning a call to Holy Orders, Fr. Caleb and his family moved to Austin, Texas where he earned his MDiv at the Seminary of the Southwest. He was ordained to the diaconate by Bishop Ed Konieczny of the Diocese of Oklahoma in December 2016 and to the priesthood by Bishop Dan Martins of the Diocese of Springfield in July 2017. As our rector, Fr. Caleb leads us in the liturgical life of the parish as well as teaching the faith and providing pastoral care and spiritual direction.
